1. Return to Warehouse

 We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued.

2. Return Methods

We have no restrictions on the return method but recommend you use your local post office.

Items returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

1. A) Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package.  This is an estimated timeframe to accommodate the current situation, most refunds will be processed before this.
2. B) It will be refunded within 5 - 10 working days for PayPal; 7-14 days working days for Card Payment.  Depending on the processing time of the platform/bank. 

Note: The original shipping fee and Taxes are non-refundable.
